Fitness Studio Sales/member Associate

**Shift examples (these will vary): Weekdays: 4:45am-1:30pm, 1:30pm-8:30pm; Weekends: 6:00am-2:00pm. We are open 364 days a year only closing on Christmas Day.**

**In this role you will**:

- Represent and build the Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) brand in the community of Ottawa.
- Must have a passion for fitness.
- **Must participate in community outreach and lead generation events 2-3 times a week.**:

- Establish and maintain an effective referral program; **cultivating and generating leads.**:

- Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
- Must be comfortable on the phone conducting lead follow up calls/customer care calls
- Lead OTF studio tours with guests and members.
- Greet guests and members enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly and positive 1st impression of our OTF studio.
- Follow OTF's sales guidelines that define processes for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales presentations.
- Must be comfortable working within a sales quota environment and be motivated to achieve weekly selling goals.
- Be able to work and function within an ORANGE TEAM environment - we are a family
- Must be enthusiastic and excited to promote monthly opportunities generated through the Orangetheory Fitness marketing and advertising programs.
- Must be highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Respond promptly to all guest and member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Work closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
- Responsible for attending and participating in **all **relative OTF training programs and staff meetings.
- **Must participate in a minimum of 2 OTF scheduled workouts per week.**

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.
- Be accountable, responsible and punctual.
- Be able to multi-task under pressure.
- Average to above average computer skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
- High school diploma required.
- Bilingualism is encouraged but not mandatory.
- MUST have holiday availability.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs with ease (and enjoyment).

A **minimum **of one-year sales experience, combined with a **passion for sports or fitness** is a prerequisite to join our team. Applicants with energy, passion and proven selling skills will jump to the top of the list
