Aurora, Canada Reset Wellness Club Full time

Club Associates at Reset Wellness are passionate about wellness and play a key role in supporting our boutique brand in Aurora. Responsibilities include managing bookings, maintaining the club’s aesthetic, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at Reset. This role requires an outgoing personality, strong work ethic and attention to detail, and the ability to independently oversee daily operations while building positive relationships with clients in a fast paced environment.
- **This position is PART TIME, Monday to Friday 5-8pm.**_

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2+ years in a client-facing customer service role (experience in gyms, wellness clubs, or med spa valued).
- Sales experience valued (to sell memberships, packages and services)
- Strong sales skills: ability to build rapport, identify needs, and communicate service value.
- Key holder experience preferred.
- Knowledge and passionate about health and wellness, with the ability to align with our philosophies.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities

**Essential Duties**:

- Provide exceptional guest experiences by explaining services, answering questions, booking appointments and building relationships with guests with a positive and outgoing attitude.
- Handle reception duties, including booking appointments, greeting guests, and processing payments.
- Promote and sell services, packages and memberships, aligning with Reset's philosophy.
- Maintain club aesthetics with cleaning and preparing treatment rooms for each appointment.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleaning standards.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENT**:

- Frequent cleaning requirements, including cleaning treatment room, vacuuming, laundry, and general cleaning with a high degree of care
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Lifting, crouching, twisting Etc.
- Daily use of cleaning and water chemicals

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
