Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the industrial tools and distribution market.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers to help meet their needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by developing strategic sales plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to stay ahead of industry developments.

**Marketing Responsibilities**

  • **Content Marketing**: Create and distribute engaging content to attract potential clients, inform existing ones, and establish the brand as a thought leader in the industry.
  • **Social Media Marketing**: Develop and execute strategies for promoting products and increasing brand awareness on various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in industrial sales and marketing, preferably in the tools or distribution industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial sales and/or marketing.
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
