**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced and dependable gardener to help maintain and enhance private and public landscapes across Greater Victoria. You’ll work alongside our Landscape Manager and team to ensure gardens are healthy, beautiful, and thriving year-round. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors, and have a solid foundation in horticulture, we’d love to hear from you.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional gardening or landscaping experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Own transportation
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (we do **not** offer work sponsorship)
- Currently living in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with soft landscape installations, including planting, mulching, and soil management
- Strong plant identification skills and a working knowledge of tree and shrub care
- A pickup truck for transporting tools and materials, which enhances your versatility
- Demonstrated ability to manage various garden maintenance projects independently

**Responsibilities**
- Perform regular garden and landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and seasonal clean-ups
- Use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Support softscape projects, such as planting and minor installations
- Assist with irrigation setup and maintenance
- Drive to various job sites as needed

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional flexibility depending on weather and project needs

**Work Location**
- In person across job sites in and around Saanichton, BC
- Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before the start date

Pay: $21.35.00-$26.35per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
