Key Account Manager

Purileaf is a cannabis company based in Niagara Falls, Canada, licensed for standard processing under the federal Cannabis Act and its Regulations (purileaf.ca). Our core business includes contract processing, co-packing for licensed producers (LPs), and producing premium cannabis oil and extract-based products for sale across Canada.
As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking to hire a Key Account Manager to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify cannabis retail chains open to selling Purileaf products
- Build and maintain partnerships with national cannabis retail chains, focusing on driving revenue and profitability
- Communicate Purileaf’s market offerings to both existing and potential retail partners
- Track and manage reporting from retail partners
- Collaborate with partners to optimize shelf space and increase sales of Purileaf products
- Participate in sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities
- Develop, implement, and monitor retail sales KPIs for Purileaf
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail Operations
- Cannabis industry experience an asset
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen
- Well-organized with strong planning skills
- Positive attitude and team player with the ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $72,459.44-$96,219.76 per year
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
