Banquet Supervisor

Swaneset Golf Resort requires a Banquet Supervisor with knowledge and some experience in Event or Restaurant Supervision (Weddings, Corporate Events, Meetings) as well as the ability offer great customer service to our clients and guests. This is a supervisory role in an exciting industry with room to grow We are open to discussing the role with someone with little to no experience but strong customer service skills and a passion for the event industry.

You must be able to work a flexible schedule, mainly weekend evenings with our wedding market. A vehicle is required due to location and no public transportation.

Shifts are generally 4:30pm - 1:00am.

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to read and comprehend a Banquet Event Order.
- Have the desire to develop leaders, lead by example.
- Guest management with knowledge on how to lead and manage event challenges and clients in a professional manner.
- The ability to maintain a sense of urgency and focus on the job at hand.
- Serving It Right Certificate is a requirement.
- Ultimate service and guest focus, attention to detail and organized.
- Guest relations builder for future events.
- Proficient with computers & POS, strong oral and written communication.
