Swaneset Golf Resort requires a Banquet Supervisor with knowledge and some experience in Event Planning ( Weddings, Corporate Events, Meetings ) as well as the ability offer great customer service to our clients and their events. This is a supervisory role in an exciting industry with room to grow We are open to discussing the role with someone with little to no experience but strong customer service skills and a passion for the event industry.

You must be able to work a flexible schedule, mainly weekend evenings with our wedding market. A vehicle is required due to location and no public transportation.

**Job Requirements for Banquet Supervisor**

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to read and comprehend a Banquet Event Order.
- Have the desire to develop leaders, lead by example.
- Guest management with knowledge on how to lead and manage event challenges and clients in a professional manner.
- The ability to maintain a sense of urgency and focus on the job at hand.
- Serving It Right Certificate is a requirement.
- FOODSAFE Certificate and First Aid is an asset.
- Ultimate service and guest focus, attention to detail and organized.
- Guest relations builder for future events.
- Proficient with computers & POS, strong oral and written communication.
