**About the Role: Looking to Hire Urgently**
We are a patient-focused dental clinic in the Yonge & Finch area seeking a Dental Assistant Level II who is also comfortable supporting the Front Desk. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and providing an excellent patient experience both chairside and at reception.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist dentists during procedures, including surgical, restorative treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control standards
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) and must be HARP certified
- Uphold all clinic policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements
**Front Desk / Administrative Support**
- Greet patients and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Handle payments (credit/debit/cash)
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with treatment estimates and basic insurance coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Help with tidying up the office at the end of the day
**Requirements**:
- Level II Dental Assistant
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Comfortable working both chair side and at reception
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to clinic needs
- Experience with dental software Dentrix is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
