**What you will do**:

- Welcome and assist clients, serving clients with the highest level of compassion and professionalism.
- EMR (electronic medical record) appointment scheduling, coordinating prescriptions and referrals to specialists.
- Schedule health assessments and program appointments.
- Assist clients in all inquiries in connection with clinic services, programs, and care.
- Work directly with physicians and clinical team members to ensure our clients receive a compassionate, personalized experience.

**What you bring**:

- Completion of Medical Office Assistant program from an accredited school/body.
- 1+ years of experience working as a medical office assistant in primary healthcare.
- Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system.

- 8 hour shift

- primary care: 1 year (preferred)
- MOA: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Medical Office Assistant certification (preferred)
