Overview:
Mitel is seeking an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst to join our Operations Team. The ESG Analyst will coordinate and work directly with the ESG Steering Committee members to develop and implement environment, social, and governance (ESG) strategies and initiatives to support our business. Primary responsibilities for this position include supporting the ESG Steering Committee needs as well as our customers’ ESG programs including tracking ESG data portfolio wide, ESG reporting and data acquisition. The ESG Analyst will help conduct ESG assessments, complete due diligence questionnaires, draft ESG policies, track ongoing progress, and support educational webinars and presentations.

The ESG Analyst must be passionate about assuring data is of high quality and ready to be utilized for research, investment processes and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
- Acting as the expert on ESG data, responsible for ESG data management and quality assurance; perform data analysis and reporting.- Serving as the point of contact for ESG data inquiries and assisting the business and customers on ESG related matters.- Partnering with the ESG Steering Committee to integrate ESG data into business processes including research, compliance, and reporting- Working closely ESG reporting team to identify new opportunities for automation and to develop data analytics and solutions- Promptly update the project team on changes as they relate to ESG reporting.- Contribute ideas for continual improvement of ESG related processes and work with the business to design and implement improvements.- Regular reporting to the ESG Steering Committee on ESG strategies and initiatives- Drafting Mitel’s Annual ESG Report

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in English, Communications, Sustainability, or related preferred- Entrepreneurial with an interest in sustainability and ESG- Experience in relevant ESG work in a corporate environment, consulting or corporate communications- Exceptional project management skills, can be relied on to get the job done accurately and on time- Skilled writer who can adjust writing style to fit a variety of channels and circumstances- Ability to analyze complex information from multiple sources and provide succinct summaries and recommendations- High proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Has little need for close management supervision and direction, and is comfortable and effective in an informal operating environment
