As we revolutionize the landscape maintenance industry, we’re looking for driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representatives to lead our growth and build long-term partnerships with property managers, developers, municipalities, and businesses.
Position Overview

As a Commercial Sales Representative, your mission is to generate leads, develop relationships, and close contracts for robotic mowing solutions and property care services. You’ll work both remotely and in the field, identifying target accounts, presenting service proposals, and working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.

This is a hybrid, commission-based role ideal for someone self-motivated, persuasive, and passionate about innovative green technology in the property maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, trade shows, industry events, and digital prospecting.
- Client Consultation: Conduct on-site assessments and virtual meetings to understand customer needs, evaluate property requirements, and present tailored service solutions.
- Sales & Contracting: Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close service agreements for mowing packages, robotic mower installations, and upsell services (e.g., trimming, fertilization, spring/fall clean-up).
- Territory Management: Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline across Southwestern Ontario with a focus on high-density commercial zones.
- CRM & Reporting: Keep detailed records of prospects, activity, and sales progress using internal tools and provide regular updates to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure proper scheduling, execution, and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, property services, green tech, or related fields
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a track record of generating leads and closing deals independently
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (office, home, and on-site)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
