We are looking for a Team Leader - Lube Technician for Take 5 Oil Change - Orangeville.

As a Team leader you will assist management with the day to day operations. Coaching and leading a crew during their shift, ensuring brand standard compliance, auditing inventory and posting orders.

You will also perform the duties of a Lube Technician and Customer Service Rep at times, which are to inspect and recommend services on vehicles based on preventative maintenance schedules. You will also perform preventative services with care and efficiency.

**Team Leader Duties**:

- Ensuring compliance with Brand Standards
- Perform the MOD role (Manager on Duty)
- Assist with onboarding, orientation and training
- Assist with inventory auditing, receiving and stocking
- Building and equipment inspections and repairs

**Technician Job Duties (include but are not limited to)**:

- Interacting with customers and reviewing products and services
- Removing drain plugs and oil filters
- Installing oil filters and drain plugs
- Recommending services based on preventative maintenance service intervals
- Checking fluid levels
- Removing and installing air and cabin filters
- Draining and filling various vehicle fluids
- Use hand tools and compressor tools
- General cleaning and stocking duties
- Customer service duties

**Compensation**:

- $23 to start with increases upon completion of training
- Performance Bonuses after three months
- Probation completion (3 month) bonus
- Opportunity for growth

**Hours of work**:

- 40-48 hours per week
- Must be available to work during operation hours including weekends and evenings
- Possibility of Overtime

**Qualifications**:

- Experience leading teams and workplaces
- Experience with vehicle maintenance
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Computer and customer service skills
- Reliable and ability to follow systems

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

Additional pay:
