**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support to children in classroom settings, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
- Develop and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the interests and abilities of each child.
- Assist children with disabilities in navigating daily tasks and challenges, promoting independence and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals to create individualized plans for each child’s development.
- Monitor and document progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their child's growth.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging open communication and trust.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to early childhood education and caregiving.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children is essential; experience with children having disabilities is highly desirable.
- A background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
- Strong caregiving skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding towards youth needs.
- Ability to educate effectively while creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Experience in classroom settings will be beneficial for this role.
