**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and ship products, maintain and update inventory records, assist with physical inventory counts, and ensure synchronization between system data, actual stock, and financial records
- Work closely with Purchasing and Production teams to provide timely updates on parts availability, shortages, receipts, and shipping dates
- Verify accuracy of shipments against invoices, packing slips, or purchase orders, and report discrepancies or damages
- Perform visual inspections of incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality
- Read and fulfill stock requisitions, ensuring order accuracy
- Operate warehouse tools and equipment safely in compliance with policies and procedures
- Follow company health and safety policies at all times

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 years warehouse experience
- Certification for electric pallet jack or similar equipment
- Strong computer skills including Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with ERP, warehouse management systems, or inventory databases is an asset
- Effective communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (-18°C) and wet conditions
- Safety shoes required (reimbursement after 6 months)
- Demonstrated leadership potential, including the ability to motivate others, make sound decisions, and take initiative
- Physically active role involving lifting (up to 50 lbs), equipment operation, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work occasional shifts and overtime as required
- Fluency in the Chinese language will be a strong advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
