**Job Summary**

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, verifying, organizing, and preparing materials and products for delivery. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring product quality and safety, and supporting smooth warehouse operations in compliance with food safety and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify contents of incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick and prepare materials or products for delivery according to orders.
- Organize, label, and store received goods in designated warehouse areas.
- Maintain accurate records of received, stored, and shipped materials.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or shipping issues.
- Operate Toyota pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must hold, or be able to obtain, valid certification for operating forklifts, Toyota pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, ideally in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional shifts and overtime as required.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
