**Responsibilities**:

- Complete residential painting projects with precision and care.
- Interpret project plans to meet specifications.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, or priming as needed.
- Communicate professionally with clients to align with their vision.
- Work with team members to meet deadlines and uphold safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in residential painting (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using power and hand tools.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work.
