- Must be self-directed with an ability to work with limited supervision
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new tools and equipment quickly
- Quality driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Execute appropriate operation and maintenance of machinery and production equipment
- Good housekeeping practices
- Previous work experience in a production facility
