The Community Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for driving growth at Nurse Next Door. Passion for marketing, driving results and collaborating through Bold Kindness are focal points of this position. The Community Engagement Specialist is passionate about their community, believes in Happier Aging, and has a genuine commitment to delivering premium client care. Nurse Next Door exists to Make Lives Better by keeping people happy in the comfort of their own homes.
**What You Will Lead**:
- Developing and executing new sales & marketing ideas to drive revenue growth
- Building and nurturing a top 40 professional referral source list
- Performing 25 face-to-face meetings weekly with professional referrals
- Drive business interest by engaging in relationships with community leaders and professional organizations to establish long-term partnerships that will translate into word-of-mouth and professional referrals.
- Responsible for planning and executing the monthly sales and marketing plan
- Reviews Caregiver & Client experience through Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback, to ensure a premium experience is achieved
**Position Qualifications**:
- Demonstrates care for others
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently and in team environments
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Detail Oriented; Excellent Organizational Skills
**Key Performance Indicators (KPI's**'**)**:
- Driving Revenue, according to the Monthly revenue goals
- Achieves the Monthly Intakes/Caring Consult conversion goal of the location per the Sales and Marketing plan
- NPS; Caregiver and Client experience of 10
As a Community Engagement Specialist at Nurse Next Door Home Care Services, you will play a vital role in fostering relationships within the community and promoting our mission of enhancing lives. This position is essential in connecting with clients, families, and community partners to ensure our services are well-known and accessible.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders to foster a collaborative environment.
- Organize events and outreach programs to educate the public about home care options and services.
- Collect and analyze data on community needs to inform service offerings.
- Lead initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and community awareness.
- Supervise volunteers and staff involved in community outreach efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven leadership skills with experience in community engagement or outreach roles.
- Strong project management abilities to coordinate events and initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for public speaking engagements.
- Experience in educating diverse audiences about healthcare services is preferred.
- Administrative skills to manage records and reports related to community engagement activities.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay

- Weekends as needed
