**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites before and after projects.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed to complete tasks.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in labor or construction-related roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
