This will be a permanent Monday to Friday position. This job requires flexibility with shift hours on a day-to-day basis and may include over time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to find a long-term career in a family run dairy production facility.

**What will your day look like?**

As a member of Birchwood’s Production team, you will be responsible for helping run the production line and assist with creating and packaging numerous dairy products:

- Bottling production line for 500ml, 1L, 2L and 4L bottles of fluid milk and ice cream mix
- Assist with yogurt, butter and cheese production
- Sanitizing and cleaning protocols for equipment
- Other daily tasks
- You have good written and oral communication
- You can follow all standard operating procedures
- You are able to lift 25 kg and perform physically demanding tasks
- You are honest, trustworthy, and reliable
- You like working with a team and can complete tasks without ongoing directions
- _Previous work in food handling / food production is an asset but not necessary_
- HACCP certification is an asset but not necessary_
