**This is a 14-months fixed term position.**

Reporting to the Director, Security, Risk and Crisis Management Business Office, the Security Finance Analyst will coordinate along with senior members of the Information Security team, providing financial analysis and presenting complex financial information in a clear fashion. The Security Finance Analyst must be a dynamic individual with a passion for details and excellent communication skills.

**What will you do?**
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly budget planning
- Assist in creating and presenting monthly financial reporting which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Fact-check and query a considerable amounts of data
- Utilize technical skills to create charts and graphs for visual understanding
- Investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities
- Reconcile vendor invoices and coordinate with finance on purchase order payments
- Support Info Sec department by providing financial data as needed
- Provide daily support to the accounting and finance departments as well as perform routine assignments and solve routine/standard problems

- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
- Willingness to work with geographically distributed teams
- Basic understanding of the changing security landscape
- Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
- Flexible, ability to pivot from one task to another to adjust to changing priorities
