**The Role**: Laborer
Laborers help construction managers and skilled workers by performing various tasks on sites.

**What you’ll do**:

- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles;
- Provide labour support as needed;
- Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures;
- Clean and ensure good maintenance of the site;
- Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles;
- Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site;
- Perform other tasks on sites, as directed.

**What you’ll need**:

- Excellent physical and manual skills and good dexterity
- Tolerant to temperature changes (you’ll have to work outside)
- Be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project security
- Comfort working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
- 2+ years’ construction industry experience (an asset)
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
