Our established excavation, landscaping, shoreline & septic company is searching for a seasonal general laborer. This opportunity is full-time, M-F & with the possibility of becoming a permanent team member. If your personal attributes & professional abilities are a match we look forward to meeting with you.

**Personal Attributes**:

- South Ottawa / Kemptville / Smiths Falls / Manotick resident.
- Self motivated & independent nature.
- Mature & flexible team attitude.
- Strong manual labor ability.

**Professional Abilities**:

- Valid Drivers License with personal & reliable transportation.
- Valid D-Z License (preferred).
- Ability to travel & work within Ontario.
- Valid passport & able to travel & work in the USA.
- WHMIS
- Bobcat/Mini Excavator operating skills an asset.
- Comfortable with digital time log software.
- Capable of working entirely outdoors & during inclement weather.
- H&S focused: Follow safety guidelines & maintain a safe work environment.

**Prior Experience**:

- Previous landscaping, construction or volunteer fire fighting experience would be ideal.
- Basic construction site knowledge.
- Ability to lift heavy objects & perform strenuous physical tasks.
- Experience with hand & power tools.
- Perform physical labor on construction sites under the direction of the supervisor.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
