Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with **routine office tasks** such as ordering supplies, organizing documents, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Coordinate logistics and assist during **site visits**, including note-taking, organizing materials, and handling small errands.
- Manage and track **office supplies and equipment**, ensuring timely restocking and maintenance.
- Help coordinate meetings and appointments, including travel arrangements if needed.
- Run small errands and perform general support duties to free up the Director’s time for higher-level responsibilities.
- Liaise with staff, vendors, and clients as directed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (for errands and site visits).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or office coordinator is an asset but not required.
**Working Conditions**:
- Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to job or client sites.
- May involve light physical tasks (e.g., carrying supplies, setting up materials).
- Flexible hours may occasionally be required.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
