What We Need

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst who will play a critical role in the enablement of profitable revenue growth and the empowerment of data-driven pricing strategies in a unique industry at a growing organization.

As the Pricing Analyst, you will contribute-to and support the company’s growth strategy by serving as a strategic business partner to Commercial teams - providing insightful analytics that drive financial accountability, and being a valuable member of the Pricing-function team. You are a self-starter, hard working, intrinsically motivated, and quantitatively oriented.

A Day in the Life- Contribute thought leadership and executional capabilities to Pricing-function team initiatives - especially deal auditing and Pricing/Commercial process engineering and improvement- Support the Pricing team’s drive of (i) net revenue, (ii) operating income, (iii) free cash flow and (iv) vehicles under management growth optimization at Element- Learn from experienced Pricing Analysts and their managers through deal shadowing, work-product reviews, constructive feedback, and 1:1 active listening and dialogue

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting- 1+ year/s of relevant experience, preferably in Finance, Pricing or Sales, ideally in a B2B and/or financial service enterprise- Strong analytical skills- Confidence utilizing data to support findings and presenting same- Experience in succinctly presenting and defending analytical recommendations- Strong communication skills- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus
