As the Product Manager, Cabin Crew Operations, you will play a key role in defining the end-to-end day-of-flight digital experience for all cabin crew at Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge, including communications, onboard payments, customer recovery, and other digital solutions to deliver onboard service excellence.

**Responsabilities**:

- Lead the digital product vision and roadmap for cabin crew operations at Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge.
- Leverage user research and interpret analytics to identify overall product strategy, aligning it with business goals and evaluating trade-offs with technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including cabin crew, SOC, Product, and IFS management, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to product development.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, making informed decisions about new features and product direction to support strategic objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, UX/UI design, data analytics, and operations, to deliver seamless and impactful digital products.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, using agile methodologies and technical acumen.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in digital solutions for cabin crew operations.
- Work collaboratively with other product teams to ensure harmonization between respective product roadmaps, business objectives, user needs and technical feasibility in product design and development. Align your goals, objectives, and projects to deliver better products to our workforce.
- Lead strategy for product launches, ensuring solid cross-functional communication and change management.
- Prepare presentations and actively participate in meetings with leaders across the company to communicate roadmap, new features, and data.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or relevant experience in Aviation and/or Technology.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Aviation and/or Technology.
- Experience with In-Flight Services a strong asset.
- Proven track record of success in product management or related roles, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen, enabling data-driven decision-making and innovation.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a history of achieving product success and driving business outcomes.
- A passion for empowering cabin crew through forward-thinking digital solutions.
