**Position: Regular FT Residence Support Worker**

**Location: Burnaby, BC**

**Salary: Salary: Step 1-$21.63, Step 2- $22.68, Step 3 - $23.90, Step 4 - $25.19**

**Hours: 37.5 hrs/week Schedule: Sunday 10:30am-6:00pm Wednesday-Thursday 3:30pm-11:00pm Friday-Saturday 8:00am-3:30pm
**Responsibilities**:

- Support people in a shared-living home to have positive control of their home and to be active members of their community
- Ensuring that individuals are connected to friends and family.
- Providing individuals with the opportunity to make meaningful choices
- Encouraging and recognizing individuals' contributions
- Ensuring that individuals are safe and to promote their health and well-being

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation from a Community College with an appropriate diploma or certificate in Human Services OR an equivalent of education and experience.
- Current First Aid & CPR, NCI training (both provided by BACI)
- TB screening,
- valid unrestricted BC Class 5 Drivers License required

This position requires union membership and completion of Criminal Record Search as per the Criminal Record Review Act and up-to-date COVID-19 Vaccination.
