Adult Support Workers at BACI support people to lead a good life. **Position: Regular FT Residence Support Worker**
**Location: Burnaby, BC**
**SALARY**:$25.05 - $28.75**
**Hours: 37.5 hours/week Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-3:30PM
**Responsibilities**:
- Support people in a shared-living home to have positive control of their home and to be active members of their community
- Ensuring that individuals are connected to friends and family.
- Providing individuals with the opportunity to make meaningful choices
- Encouraging and recognizing individuals' contributions
- Ensuring that individuals are safe and to promote their health and well-being
**Qualifications**:
- Graduation from a Community College with an appropriate diploma or certificate in Human Services OR an equivalent of education and experience.
- Current First Aid & CPR, NCI training (both provided by BACI)
- TB screening,
- valid unrestricted BC Class 5 Drivers License required
