As a Director, Small Business Solutions, you will lead a team of Business Advisors in several offices, providing leadership and oversight in connection with sales and service processes across the region. You will assist in representing Westland Insurance Group Ltd. to the Alberta insurance market and implement and support Westland’s key initiatives and goals.

- A minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance account management and sales.
- Level 2 General Insurance License and willingness to get Level 3
- 3-5 years of leadership experience is preferable
- Bonus One of the CAIB, CIP, FCIP, and CRM designations
**Once here, you'll**:
- Lead a team of commercial lines Business Advisors, providing oversight, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to growth processes.
- Work with your team to support client retention and to deliver necessary account services.
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure high-quality submissions to markets.
- Work closely with our industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients.
- Engage with clients, prospects, and insurance partners to support Business Advisors in delivering exceptional service.
- Set individual goals, provide consistent performance coaching, feedback, and identify and develop internal talent for future commercial segment roles.
- Have an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry.
- Travel as necessary.
