**Minimum Qualifications**:

- AZ license and clean driving abstract
- Proficiency in working with hand tools and willing to work with concrete demolition equipment and/or compressor tools
- Ability to work days/nights/weekends or out of town if necessary

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with grading, underground work, road work, asphalt paving, and/or general construction

Whether it's hauling materials, wielding power tools like a pro, or mastering the art of asphalt equipment, everyday brings a new adventure.

Safety will always be your number one priority as you adhere to protocols, wear PPE, keep a keen eye out for any potential hazards, communicate effectively, and promote an overall safe culture.
