Presently, we're on the lookout for a Part-Time Building Superintendent/Handyman to oversee two locations situated in **Newcastle, **conveniently just two minutes apart. Our team is eager to welcome an individual characterized by a positive outlook, a personable demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

**Position**: Part-Time Superintendent

**Shift**: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday

**Hours**: 25 hours per week

**Rate**:$18.00- $20.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Suite Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of residential units.
- Hallway Inspections: Regularly inspect and maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas.
- Light Bulb Replacement: Address any burnt-out bulbs promptly.
- Litter Cleanup: Ensure tidiness indoors and outdoors by promptly picking up litter.
- Garbage Room Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in garbage disposal areas.
- Waste Removal: Manage garbage and recycling removal efficiently.
- Tenant Requests: Attend to various tenant requests, including those related to dishwasher, faucet, and plumbing issues.
- Sliding Door Installation: Execute installations of sliding doors as needed.
- Paint Touch-Ups: Undertake minor paint touch-ups to maintain aesthetic appeal.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in junior-level repairs.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
