Cleaner/superintendent

Presently, we are seeking a part-time Building Superintendent/Cleaner to oversee operations at a beautiful condo in the Port of Newcastle. Our team values individuals with a positive mindset, a welcoming disposition, and a strong work ethic.

**Position**:Part-time Superintendent/Cleaner

**Shift**: Monday and Thursday

**Hours**: 9:00am-1:00pm

**Rate**: $20.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Cleaning**:Cleaning the lobby, hallways and common areas (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting)
- ** Suite Inspections**: Conduct thorough checks of residential units.
- ** Hallway Inspections**: Regular monitoring and maintenance of communal areas.
- ** Light Bulb Replacement**: Ensuring proper lighting throughout the premises.
- ** Litter Control**: Interior and exterior cleanup duties.
- ** Garbage Room Maintenance**: Upkeep and organization of waste disposal areas.
- ** Waste Management**: Proper disposal and recycling of garbage.
- ** Tenant Service Requests**: Addressing appliance and plumbing concerns.
- ** Sliding Door Installation**: Minor installations and repairs.
- ** Paint Touch-Ups**: Basic maintenance of painted surfaces.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in junior-level repairs
- Previous cleaning experience
- A proactive approach to maintenance tasks
