**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Under the supervision of the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, your main mandate will be to develop recipes and ensure the performance of rubber transformation processes in production and development. You will be part of a determined team that cares about the company's success.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Ensure the follow-up of the performance of the rubber transformation processes
- Ensure the development and updating of manufacturing recipes
- Be responsible for optimizing processes in order to contribute to the achievement of established quality and productivity objectives
- Act as a key person in the management of production failures through a systemic approach in the search for root causes
- Participate in design reviews of new tracks, new and/or modified equipment and tooling required for track manufacturing
- Participate in the training of operators on the rubber transformation processes of new products
- Maintain proper documentation of production interventions and process development

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- DEC in Industrial Engineering or Plastics Processing OR other relevant training/experience (multiple paths are possible)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Be available to work 3 X 12 hours DAY or NIGHT : Sunday-Monday-Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM + 1 Saturday per month or Wednesday-Thursday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM + 1 Saturday per month
- Experience in the rubber industry (an asset)
- Good command of French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced in Word and Excel)
- Good data analysis skills
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading
- Rigor in the management of documentation
- Ability to manage priorities
- Good problem solving skills
