Mississauga, Canada Service Door Industries Full time

SDI is a progressive industrial overhead door manufacturer looking for an Office Administrator/Accounts Receivable Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, assisting in administrative duties, and accounting. This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager.

The following is a brief overview of the position; however, the employee is expected to assist other staff as required from time to time in various duties as needed.
- Reception back up
- Filing /File Room Maintenance
- Incoming Mail
- Customer admin requests (invoice copies, etc.)
- Oversite on AR accounts
- Month-end credit card processing
- Month-end visa reconciliation
- A/R statements
- Collection Calls
- Trade reference requests
- Daily Cheque posting and credit card posting
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers

- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Highly organized and efficient
- Comfortable with Technology
- Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Dress in the appropriate attire
- Excellent command of the English Language in written and verbal
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish or French - an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
