**Requirements**:

- Customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a friendly positive attitude with the ability to provide unsurpassed customer service

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Excellent Customer Service - engaging with guests, offering suggestions, friendly upbeat demeanor and always willing to go the extra mile
- Perform opening and closing duties of the store
- Perform sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Recommend merchandise based on customer needs, promote, and sell products. Deliver results in their role to contribute to store success
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
- Assist other store employees and provide unsurpassed customer service
