**Job Description**:
Nurun is looking for a Strategist to join its Strategy and Performance team. This person will have the responsibility to:

- Support our clients in resolving complex issues that have a technological component.
- Understand the business realities and technological ecosystems of our clients.
- Make recommendations based on data and research, both secondary and primary, involving users or clients.
- Lead strategic thinking to support our internal teams.
- Manage projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Facilitate work sessions and discussions on various topics.

- Curious who always has an additional question to dig deeper.
- That can adapt throughout projects and is always ready to question their approach to focus on delivering value to our clients.
- Who can simplify complex issues and communicate them clearly to different audiences.
- Who truly values the powers of collaboration.

**Qualifications**:
In reality, a combination of experience can make a strategist, and we are open to different profiles. Here are a few elements we think would help you be qualified:

- A university degree in business administration or relevant experience. At Nurun, we believe that a good strategist can come from a variety of fields or experiences.
- Sensitivity and understanding of the business challenges our clients may experience. We want someone who is not afraid to read a financial report to understand a company or who is willing to go to a store to experience it.
- Sensitivity to design and a strong understanding of technology. The team this person will collaborate with is creative and technical, and we want someone who can communicate with these experts and speak the same language. A Product Owner could be a good profile for this role.
- An interest and knowledge of design thinking-inspired approaches and methods to foster innovation. This space is changing fast and if you’re passionate about it, you’ll fit right in.
