WITH Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced **Assistant Floor Manager** for its three airport restaurants (Ryu & Livia Cafe)

**LOCATION**: YUL Montreal Trudeau Airport
**SCHEDULE**: Full-time
**PAY**: Competitive salary

**DESCRIPTION**
- Assist the Floor Manager in all front of house operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to guest service
- Manage staff, providing them with feedback, maintain a high level of employee morale
- Train and motivate front of house staff
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Update schedule as needed
- Show leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine
- Complete daily briefs and shift end reports

**QUALIFICATION**
- Min 2years experience in a fast-paced restaurant and/or manager position
- Knowledgeable and passionate about hospitality, food service and/or management
- Must be Bilingual (French & English)
- Organizational skills and a team player attitude

*WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable an asset
*A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
