- **Starting pay $16.00/hour, make $17.00 working graves shift**:
- 4 weeks of fully paid, hands-on training

**What You'll Do**:
- Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations
- Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way and notify responsible parties
- Place accounts on test mode and assist service/installers with signal tests
- Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer
- Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks
**Skills Needed**:
- Ability to work on a computer for long periods of time
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to make a 6 month commitment to work here
- Must be able to pass a 3 week fully-paid training class
- Customer service experience preferred
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
