Dispatcher

We are looking an experienced Dispatch Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include planning for outbound and inbound shipments. This individual is responsible for ensuring that assets are efficiently and strategically planned for outbound trips while maintaining a high fleet utilization, Customer relations, Identifying and seizing new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Dispatch Manager, you will:
Identify and seize new business opportunities, arranging meetings with key decision makers.
- Anticipate customer requirements and devise effective sales strategies.
- Establish and nurture accounts through persistent follow-up and attentive management.
- Stay informed about market trends to understand client needs and emerging opportunities.
- Gather pertinent business information to craft pricing and service solutions.
- Handle multiple customers and submissions concurrently.
- Collaborate with operations as needed.
- Planning the pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
- Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup time.
- Booking of Outbound and Inbounds shipments.
- Scheduling and Coordinating with all drivers for outbound and inbounds deliveries.
- Update customers with all updates for inbound / out bound.
- Take temperature and secured pictures before driver leave shipper.
- Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Transportation/Trucking dispatch experience.
- An entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset.
- Excellent self-management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in digital technology.
- Strong negotiation skills.

Additional Information:
A sales portfolio is considered an asset.
- Dispatch experience is required.
- Immediate availability is preferred. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
