**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Certified or retired teacher/Professional/ student teachers/ Education Assistants/university/College students (completed at least one full year of University/College )
- Open to completing a criminal background check (Background checks from other agencies are accepted)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Bilingual is an asset

**The Role**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Engage students** of all grades in meaningful, personalized tutoring sessions that are fun and interactive.
- **Focus on the whole student**, understanding their learning style, and tailoring lessons to **spark their interest** and boost confidence.
- Track student progress and celebrate their successes, big and small.
- Foster a **growth mindset** in every student, helping them see mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow.
