**We're Hiring a Math and Science Tutor**

This is a part-time, casual position with approximately 4-6 hours per week, and the potential to increase based on demand. The pay rate is $18-22 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement engaging, individualized lesson plans.
- Use learning technology and educational tools to enhance sessions.
- Create a positive learning environment that builds student confidence.
- Regularly assess student progress and adapt your teaching methods as needed.
- Communicate clearly with students and their families about academic progress.
- Collaborate with our team's mental health professionals, on an as needed basis, to support student well-being.

**What You'll Need**:

- **Availability**: Must be available on Saturdays and weeknight evenings.
- **Experience**: Previous experience tutoring or teaching students is an asset.
- **Skills**: The ability to explain complex concepts in multiple ways to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- **Commitment**: A dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
