The Manager - Limit Management is accountable for the maintenance implementation of credit limit management strategies in BMOs Canadian retail and small business credit card portfolios.

This role is accountable to drive incremental revenue and balance growth, and to develop strategies that optimize limit increase and decrease programs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Credit Limit Governance & Risk
- Oversight of overall strategy and implementation of programs related to credit limit increase and credit limit decreases at the customer level within the BMO Canadian retail and small business credit card portfolio.
- This role is a key liaison with various partners, including finance, credit risk, analytics, operations, and the customer contact center.
- Manages limit increase/decrease escalations, and assists our customer facing staff in resolving concerns of customers as well as enhancing processes.
- Development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to credit limits, including staff training, updates to disclosures and marketing materials.
- Strong focus on customer experience, change management and program optimization

- The Manager is responsible for the ongoing reporting and P&L management of existing and future limit management campaigns and projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree ‎or equivalent experience, and or an Accounting or Finance (i.e. CPA or CFA designation an asset).
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and financial management skills.
- Prior experience with TSYS and TRIAD systems is an asset.
- Proficient user of SAS & SQL an asset
