Minimax is an LTL trucking company, with terminals in Ontario and Quebec. Due to continued growth we are looking for a dock worker for our Hamilton Terminal.

**Compensation**

**Job functions**
- Unload cargo from city trucks sort by final destination
- Ensure that all outbound linehauls are loaded safely and efficiently
- Accurately manifest all freight
- Ensure linehauls depart on time
- You must be able to plan loads in the proper geographical order

**Responsibilities**
- Promote safety in all aspects of the operations, including dock and drivers
- Provide feedback to supervisor as to performance and productivity of all dock personnel
- Work closely with supervisor to improve operation
- Ensure freight moves on scheduled linehauls

**Qualifications**
- Must have excellent geographical knowledge
- Knowledge of computers
- Forklift experience 2 years
- Ability to plan and organize, attention to detail, problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
