**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and curricula to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Conduct research to identify best practices in education and incorporate findings into program development.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to recruit participants for educational programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to educators and volunteers involved in program delivery.
- Write reports, and educational materials that effectively communicate program objectives and outcomes.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills of participants.
- Monitor program effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments as necessary.

**Experience**
- 1-2 years of related experience in an adult or youth education setting.
- Demonstrated ability to research and develop curriculum as required by the program and diverse participant needs.
- Demonstrated ability to educate diverse groups through effective communication and teaching strategies.
- Experience in recruiting participants for programs or initiatives is a plus.
- Excellent research skills to support program development and evaluation efforts.
- Leadership experience in guiding teams or projects is highly desirable.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in education, training, or literacy

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
