Project Manager/estimator, National Accounts

About this role

We are recruiting for an energetic, business savvy, and driven **Project Manager/Estimator for National Accounts** to join our Service group in our **Burnaby** office. Y**ou may also work from our Victoria or Nanaimo office.** Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

This role will support our National Account customers and aim to grow this area of the business. This is a great opportunity for a project manager that enjoys building relationships with their clients and wants to take on a new challenge.

**Your responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of electrical service and small projects for national accounts customers, from initiation to completion.
- Manage full project scope: estimating, project planning, labour management, procurement, billing, communications, and client service.
- Pursue and prepare service agreement proposals for national accounts.
- Review and manage existing service agreements and contracts
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers, consultants, service team and national account clients
- Estimate project costs, changes, and submit tenders
- Manage project financials, including billing
- Work with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service teams to meet project and customer requirements
- Be present on jobsites when required
- Travel within BC may be required to visit job sites and meet with clients

**Your experience and skills**
- Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate
- 2 years' experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating
- Previous experience with estimating programs, specifically Accubid (Accubid Pro and Change Order) an asset
- Previous experience managing national accounts is an asset.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Good computer skills including MS Office, Procore, ZOOM, etc.
