**What you'll be doing**:

- **Event & Program Management**:Plan and execute league nights, tournaments, corporate outings, and private events with structured plans and budgets.
- **Marketing & Community Engagement**:Develop targeted marketing strategies to increase participation and Pro Shop traffic. Utilize social media and digital marketing to engage audiences**.**:

- **Team Leadership**:Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10-25 seasonal staff, ensuring high service standards and compliance with policies.
- **Pro Shop Operations**:Oversee daily operations, implement sales strategies, and maintain high-quality guest interactions.
- **Financial & Inventory Management**:Manage budgets, monitor sales trends, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- **Safety & Risk Management**:Implement and enforce safety procedures to comply with Alberta Health Services, AGLC, and OHS regulations.

**What you need to be successful**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, program management, or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in planning and executing tournaments, corporate outings, and private functions.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, customer service principles, and financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event management software, and point-of-sale systems.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licen**se.**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special event schedules.

**Availability**:
Full-time position with flexibility required during peak season (April to October) and for year-round operations**.**

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary based on experience.

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
