Red Deer County, Canada PRO - N2 LTD. Full time

Pro-N2 Ltd. is a diversified trucking company based out of Innisfail, AB. We are looking for a parts person who works well with others, however can still work efficiently unsupervised in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This individual will be in charge and manage all aspects of the parts department independently and report directly to the shop foreman and controller.

**Duties include but are not limited to**
- Look up and locate parts in inventory or order parts from suppliers as needed, be proactive in new products and changing/superseding parts, perform purchasing duties, unloading, receiving and storing incoming parts, generating quotes, entering, tracking and completing sales orders as well as maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Implement cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory, and reconcile variances.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and a safe, clean work environment while adhering to our internal safety program.

**Qualifications that are considered an asset for this position**:

- **Previous experience in the Medium / Heavy Duty truck, automotive industry.**:

- QuickBooks experience.
- The ability to communicate and work with suppliers.
- Strive for respect and teamwork within all departments.
- Ability to utilize manufacturer and supplier websites
- Firsthand knowledge of purchasing, PO processes, work orders, and shipping and receiving.
- A high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- High degree of product and technical knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
