We’re not your traditional Mexican place. We just happen to think that tacos are a dish best-served fun, with a side of liquor. Welcome to The Mule, where tacos, tequila & bourbon come to party.

We are Hamilton's favourite lunch spot, regular late-night haunt, and go-to destination for a great bite & drink. Our tacos range from classic Mexican to weird-and-wild-you’ve-gotta-try-this.

All of our food is 100% gluten-free and we offer a variety of fare that is sure to satisfy either the most dedicated carnivore or delight your vegetarian and/or vegan side.

We are a young, growing, and fun-loving company that believes in providing amazing culinary and service experiences.

**Duties and Responsibilities Include**:
Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of The Mule restaurant and its equipment during morning hours (Preferred* between the hours of either 5am-8am or 6am-9am depending on applicant availability)

DINING AREA + BARS
- Sweep and mop floors, under tables, booths, and chairs
- Vacuum any carpeted areas and mats
- Polish all glass and mirrors throughout the restaurant
- Dust maintenance at eye level
- Cleaning windows
- Cleaning of bar furniture

WASHROOMS
- Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces
- including urinals and toilets, mirrors, faucets, dryers and dispensers
- Removing trash from bins
- Restocking toiletries

KITCHEN
- Cleaning and degreasing kitchen equipment including sautee range, fryers, grills, stoves, dishwashers
- Sanitizing all large kitchen equipment
- Thoroughly sweeping and mopping of floors and under appliances
- Emptying and cleaning all trash receptacles

And any other duties as needed.

**No experience necessary.** **All we are looking for is a positive attitude & driven work ethic.**
