**Account Manager**
**STONY PLAIN, ALBERTA**

We are looking for experienced Broadcast Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager for The ONE 88.1 FM “Parkland’s Best Country”

**Qualifications**:
1-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Marketing Diploma and /or equivalent direct sales experience.
- Strong prospecting, selling and presentation skills and Networking skills.
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, high energy, creative ideas, focus and enthusiasm.
- Able to work independently; yet be a strong team player.
- Creative & Conceptual thinker, and problem solver
- Enjoy a fast-paced team positive work environment
- Computer competency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile
- Positive Thinker, friendly manner and customer service approach
- Proven track record in sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Senior Account List
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship - Needs Analysis, Presentation, contracts, billing, & collections.
- Prospect & develop new business in a region that does not have a local Radio service including Website and digital marketing.
- Establish strong relationships with customers and the community.
- Provide marketing ideas to grow client business through radio airtime and website ads.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop sales driven and station specific sales and promotional presentations and new marketing driven programming presentations.

Pay: $36,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Commission pay
