Kirkton Veterinary Professional Corporation is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented administrator, to fill a retirement position, in their embryo transfer (ET) and ovum pick up (OPU) department based out of St. Mary’s, ON.

Reporting to the lead team veterinarian, the Embryo Export Administrator is a reliable team member utilizing strong administrative and organizational skills within a fast-paced, client-centered environment providing administrative support to the ET and OPU team.

**Job Type**: Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week, with schedule flexibility, and the ability to work partially remotely.

**Job Description**:

- Communications liaison between clients, veterinarians, and government offices
- Embryo inventory management (receiving, tracking, and shipping)
- Compiling and completion of required export paperwork, with the highest level of accuracy
- Utilizing Microsoft Office software and ability to learn embryo transfer specific software
- Multi-tasking a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment and effective decision making for prioritizing responsibilities

Qualifications:

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy is essential
- High-level of customer service, and ability to communicate clearly with clients through written and verbal communication

Excellent organizational, retention, and time management skills
- Experience with vast amounts of data entry
- Previous administrative experience is an asset
- Ability to follow direction well, executing instructions accurately and effectively
- Knowledge of the bovine industry is desired, but not required
